It all starts with getting the estimate right:
Simply book a personal consultation and our professional estimator will visit your project
site. In a typical consultation at your home or business our FG Lawns trained experts will:

• Measure your grass space in question.
• Take before pictures of the area under consideration.
• Strategize the best use of area with a layout plan for least amount of material waste.
• Recommend other choices available for your project.

We want you to feel as comfortable as possible with our process. Every effort is made
to give you all the important facts up front, including an accurate quote. With bigger
jobs and/or company jobs, we’ll give you a quote as soon as possible after returning to
the office. This will be emailed back you within 24-48 hours along with a copy of our
service contract.
If you’re happy with our recommendations, you can go ahead and book the installation.
We’ll invoice you for your job, at which time a 50% deposit of the quoted price is
required. We’ll schedule your installation as soon as possible once the deposit is
received, so you can start enjoying your beautiful, virtually maintenance-free artificial
lawn.
Along with your invoice you will receive

• A copy of your service contract filled in with your particular details
• A warranty certificate
• A lawn care PDF for periodic maintenance of your artificial lawn
